Teeth whitening consists of 3 types:
Office type whitening
The gel applied on anterior surfaces of the teeth is activated by laser light in office conditions. The session lasts about 15 to 20 minutes and sessions are implemented according to the patient need by an interval of 3 to 4 days.
Home type whitening
The gel is applied to the inner surfaces of the plates which are prepared specifically for the person and plates are placed before going to bed. It should be applied about 7 to 10 days. The therapy is longer than office type whitening.
This is the combination of office type and home type whitening methods. An efficient whitening is achieved within a short time.
